Cosmetic Dentist in Hanwell, West London
Composite bonding and veneers for chipped or worn edges and small gaps — often finished within a visit or two — with Dr Bikram Narang at Sparkle Dental, Hanwell, close to Hanwell station on the Elizabeth line. One stop from West Ealing, two from Ealing Broadway. The whole hour is with the dentist, not a coordinator.
A cosmetic dentist in Hanwell, not a coordinator
West London has no shortage of dentists offering a free chat with a treatment coordinator and a brief look from whoever is free. What is harder to find is one clinician who examines you, plans the smile, does the work and sees it through. In Hanwell, that is what the hour with Dr Bikram is.
Dr Bikram Narang works from Sparkle Dental in Hanwell, London W7, alongside his home practice in Cookham, Berkshire. Hanwell is set up for the work that suits a visit or two: composite bonding for chips, worn edges and small gaps, examined, planned and often completed within a visit or two. The longer, staged cases — Invisalign, porcelain veneers, implants, full smile design — are seen in Cookham, where he has worked longest. Same dentist, same standards, same written plan with the price fixed before you sit in the chair.
He is GDC registered (No. 290643), practises in a BDA Good Practice, is an Invisalign provider and was a finalist for Young Dentist of the Year in 2024 and 2026. About Dr Bikram Narang

What Hanwell patients come for
Composite bonding
Chips, worn edges and small gaps rebuilt with hand-layered composite — the treatment I do most in Hanwell. Done properly, in the right case, with the bite checked first. £350 per tooth.
Digitally designed composite veneers
When several front teeth need reshaping rather than repairing, I design the new edges digitally first, then hand-finish them in composite at the chair. More control than freehand bonding, no laboratory wait, nothing cut away. £550 per tooth.
Edge bonding and small gaps
The smallest version of the work — one or two worn or uneven edges levelled, or a single small gap closed. Often a single appointment, and often the only thing a smile actually needs.
Hanwell fees
Composite bonding — £350 per tooth, including the digital design, clinical photographs and a review visit after it has settled.
Digitally designed composite veneers — £550 per tooth, including the design, the hand finishing and the review.
Porcelain veneers — £950 per tooth. Porcelain is planned here if that is what suits you, and fitted in Cookham, where the longer appointments are.
The Full Assessment — £95, credited in full against whatever you decide to have done. 0% finance through Tabeo for up to 12 months, subject to status.
I publish the fee per tooth rather than a ‘from’ price because I would rather you knew the real number before you sat down. Most front-tooth cases are four to six teeth, and the written plan at the end of your assessment gives the exact total with the price fixed for three months.

Composite bonding for Ealing, Southall and West London
Hanwell station is on the Elizabeth line, one stop from West Ealing and two from Ealing Broadway going east, and one stop from Southall going west. For most of W5, W7, W13 and UB1 that makes a bonding appointment a short hop rather than a day out, which matters when a case runs over two visits.

Longer cases are seen in Cookham
Invisalign, porcelain veneers, implants and full smile design are staged over months and need longer appointments than a one-day-a-week room allows. Those are done at St Anne’s House Dental Practice in Cookham, Maidenhead, where I have worked longest. If your case belongs there, I will say so at your assessment rather than start something in the wrong place.
Cosmetic dentistry in Cookham →Questions from patients
Do you see patients in Hanwell?
Yes. I also work from Sparkle Dental in Hanwell, West London, as well as from Cookham in Berkshire. Hanwell is set up for the composite work that suits a visit or two — chips, worn edges, small gaps, digitally designed composite veneers — examined, planned and usually completed in Hanwell within a visit or two.
Where exactly is the Hanwell practice?
Sparkle Dental is in Hanwell, London W7, a couple of minutes’ walk from Hanwell station on the Elizabeth line — one stop from West Ealing, two from Ealing Broadway. Call 07427 819300 for the exact door and parking before your first visit.
Can I have a consultation before I travel?
Yes. You can send photos and talk through your goals first, so your first visit to Hanwell is a proper clinical assessment with a plan at the end of it, not a sales conversation.
Is finance available?
0% finance is available through Tabeo for up to 12 months, subject to status. The finance calculator on the homepage gives an illustrative monthly figure.
Which treatments do Hanwell patients ask for most?
Composite bonding for chipped or worn front teeth, and digitally designed composite veneers. Invisalign, porcelain veneers, implants and full smile design are staged over months and are done at my home practice in Cookham.
What does the Full Assessment include?
A full examination, clinical photographs, a 3D scan, and your options on screen with me for the whole hour. You leave with a written plan and the price fixed for three months. No treatment on the day, and no obligation to go ahead. It is £95, credited in full against treatment.
Why is the assessment £95 when some practices offer a free consultation?
Because an hour of a dentist’s time, photographs, a scan and a written plan is a clinical appointment, not a sales meeting, and I would rather charge for it honestly than build the cost into the treatment. The £95 comes off your treatment if you go ahead. If you would rather not spend anything before you have met me, send photographs first and we will talk through your options at no cost.
How do I choose a cosmetic dentist in Hanwell?
Check the dentist is on the GDC register — mine is number 290643, searchable in seconds. Ask who will actually plan and do the work, and whether you see that person for the whole appointment. Ask what the fee covers and whether the price is fixed in writing. Ask to see cases the dentist has done themselves, with the patient’s consent. Those four questions tell you more than any ranking or award.
Bring your smiletoLIGHT
Every consultation is a thorough, one-to-one conversation — with scans, photographs, and a personalised treatment plan. No pressure, no rush.
